When you think Maine in October, you may typically think - changing leaves, the cool crisp air in the mornings and evenings, and the sun setting earlier. But for Kristen and Matthew's engagement session on Popham Beach, it felt like a romantic summer night.

Kristen and Matt strolled hand in hand along the sandy coastline, and their laugh echoed against the backdrop of the ocean. It was an atmosphere of pure bliss, and I enjoyed capturing every single moment. As a photographer, there is nothing more rewarding than capturing these memories, and the clients in their most authentic form. The strong sunset was a major bonus.

The weather couldn't have been better for an evening in the fall in Maine, we were blessed with clear skies and a warm breeze. The soft, golden hues of the sun painted the sky and made for hands-down the most ideal backdrop for an engagement session.

If you're considering a fall engagement session on the beach, do not hesitate as you could be blessed with the gorgeous environment like we had that evening!
